New Zealand will be playing their second consecutive World Cup final when they lock horns against the hosts England at Lord's on Sunday. The Kiwis will be aiming to go one step further this time after they had faltered at the final hurdle four years ago.

Coincidentally, this will also be the second straight occasion where they will be facing the hosts in the summit clash of the quadrennial event. In 2015, they had faced the hosts Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground while the Black Caps led by then skipper Brendon McCullum were the co-hosts of that edition.

As New Zealand are one step away from creating history, the Black Caps have come up with a 'FAN POEM' to motivate their team. The poem also includes their opponents England and former World Champions Australia. This was posted by the Black Caps on their official Twitter handle. Take a look.

The rhymes suggest that Trent Boult was India's tormentor in chief in the semi-final where he picked up the big wickets of captain Virat Kohli and the dangerous Ravindra Jadeja. At the same time, both the finalists have also been mentioned but the Kane Williamson-led side has been given a special mention which says that they are just a step away from creating history.

Meanwhile, New Zealand's 2015 opponents have also been mentioned in this. However, this time, the current Aussie skipper  Aaron Finch will not be able to emulate his predecessor Michael Clarke as the five-time champions' campaign ended in the semi-final.

The poem ends with a simple and straightforward message that on Sunday, there will only be one big boss which is either England's star batsman Joe Root or New Zealand's veteran batsman Ross Taylor.
