After four months of non-stop football action in Russia, the World Cup has come to an end. France were crowned champions for the second time in their history after beating Croatia 4-2 in a gripping final.

The World Cup surely witnessed some memorable moments, right from Germany's downfall to some superb individual performances from Kylian Mbappe, Luka Modric and Cristiano Ronaldo, to name a few.

This edition of the World Cup is considered one of the most interesting ones in recent history, with teams like Croatia, Mexico and Russia giving the heavyweights a run for their money.

However, there are a number of players who have bolstered their reputations with impressive displays in Russia. And with just four weeks left in the transfer window, clubs will be looking at who impressed at the World Cup, and if they would fit into their side.

We take a look 5 World Cup stars who could be on the move in this transfer window.

5. Eden Hazard

The Chelsea attacker enjoyed a stellar World Cup campaign, guiding Belgium to third place in the tournament. The attacker, having won four MOTM awards during the tournament, finished second to Luka Modric for the Golden Ball award. The Belgian placed doubts over his future at Chelsea stating he could be looking for a new challenge after six years at Stamford Bridge. With Cristiano Ronaldo's departure, could Eden Hazard be headed to Santiago Bernebau?

#4 Juan Fernando Quintero

Juan Fernando Quintero was one of Columbia's key players in their run to the last 16. The midfielder is currently on loan at River Plate from Porto. In the absence of James Rodriguez, Quintero ran the show for Columbia, pulling the strings from midfield. After his impressive showing at the World Cup, a Premier League move looks imminent for the Columbian.

#3 Hirving Lozano

One of the most eye-catching players in the Mexican side. Hiriving Lozano featured in all of Mexico's four matches, having scored their most crucial goal in their 1-0 win over South Korea. The attacker currently plies his trade in Netherlands with PSV, for whom he scored 17 goals last season. The Mexican doubles up as an attacker and a striker, and that makes him an exciting addition to any side

#2 Domagoj Vida

Croatia's success at the World Cup was built on a strong defense. Domangoj Vida, present at the helm of the backline, helped his country reach the final. The centre-back has been speculated to be an interest for Jurgen Klopp, who seeks to plug the loopholes in his defence. Will the Besiktas man move to Anfield? Only time will tell.

#1 Thibaut Courtois

Courtios was one of the stand-out performers in Russia, having won the Golden Glove award keeping three clean sheets along the way. The Chelsea shot-stopper has been heavily linked to the Spanish capital with the Belgian stating his desire of staying closer to his family in the past. With a move away from Stamford Bridge looking on the cards, the new Blues manager Maurizio Sarri faces a battle of keeping hold of their star performers.
