While he may be scoring and enjoying his time on the field, trouble is increasing for Portuguese and Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo off the field. Already facing allegations of rape against him by a woman named Kathryn Mayorga, the former Manchester United and Real Madrid forward has now been accused of physical abuse and issuing kidnap threats.

Jasmine Lennard, allegedly an ex-girlfriend of Ronaldo, has accused him of trying to threaten her even though they have been on talking terms since a year and a half. She also claims to have evidence for the same.

Taking to Twitter, the former Big Brother UK participant shared a series of events, stating the Portuguese is a 'psychopath and liar' and she has a few horrifying details which could expose the footballer.

"Told me if I dated anyone else or if I left my house he'd have me kidnapped and have my body cut up and put in a bag and thrown in a river. Yes I have proof of everything I am saying. He's a psychopath," one of her tweet read.

"Who the hell do you think you are Cristiano Ronaldo," read another of her tweet in a series of messages which have now been deleted.

In September of 2018, Ronaldo was accused by Kathryn Mayorga of raping her in a hotel room in 2009, and then paying her $375,000 to keep the matter under the wraps. Though, the Portuguese, on a number of different occasions, refused the allegations, terming them as totally false.

''No, no, no, no, no. What they said today? Fake, fake news," he said during an Instagram Live before adding, "They want to promote [themselves by using] my name. It’s normal. They want to be famous to say my name, but it is part of the job. I am a happy man and all good."

He followed it up with a Twitter post where he again vehemently denied being involved in the heinous crime. "I firmly deny the accusations being issued against me. Rape is an abominable crime that goes against everything that I am and believe in. Keen as I may be to clear my name, I refuse to feed the media spectacle created by people seeking to promote themselves at my expense," his post read.
