Hardik and Zak with Ronaldo?

Ronaldo captured the picture with Juventus teammates Alex Sandro and Danilo, with goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny lurking in the background and posing in the background.

Juventus were traveling to Lokomotiv Moscow for their Champions League match. The Italians won the match 2-1 to qualify for the Round of 16 of the tournament. Former Arsenal player, Aaron Ramsey poked a Ronaldo freekick to get a very early lead but Aleksei Miranchuk snatched an equalizer later in the first half. Douglas Costa won the match for the Italian Champions with the winner deep in the injury time.

Maurizio Sarri later said, "It was not one of our best performances, we left them too many chances to counterattack. We were too slow in possession. I liked the way we tried to win until final whistle and finally the victory arrived with a fantastic goal by Douglas Costa in collaboration with Higuaín." The Italian had subbed off Ronaldo, who seemed upset at being withdrawn from the proceedings, and when asked about it, said that the Portuguese player was suffering from a minor injury and that the substittion was a precaution. He said, "Ronaldo was angry when he came off because he has a small knee injury and this created another small thigh problem. I replaced him just because I feared he could aggravate his injury."

Juventus captain Leonardo Bonucci said, "I think our team adapts well to the kind of football that is needed in every situation. We play the football our coach loves most of the time but we are also ready to sufferer together when we have to. We have achieved the first objective of the season. Lokomotiv were defending low but counterattacked well in the first half. In the second they did it less because we started to press them higher. We created a few chances and finally managed to earn the victory."
