Brighton & Hove Albion will host Tottenham Hotspur on the matchday 8 of the Premier League at the Amex Stadium on Saturday, October 5, 2019. Tottenham will be desperately looking for a confidence booster with a win as they faced an embarrassing 2-7 home loss against Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League. Tottenham’s disasters are not at all reflected in the Premier League table as a win against Brighton would lift them to number three position.

Dream11: Brighton vs Tottenham team news

Tottenham played an excellent match last week in the Premier League as their 10-man team defeated Southampton 2-1 while Brighton recorded a 0-2 away loss against Chelsea in their previous clash. Brighton manager Graham Potter would go with the same team that incurred a loss against Chelsea. Potter will be especially facing midfielder crisis with Leandro Trossard, Jose Izquierdo, and Davy Propper being side-lined with injuries. Maupay is likely to get the opportunity to lead the line. Shane Duffy could also be out of action due to a calf problem.

For Tottenham, the right-back position remains to be problematic as Serge Aurier was sent off last weekend. There is an opportunity for Walker-Peters to regain his spot. Ben Davies and Davinson Sanchez may also get a chance to play if Pochettino rotates.

Brighton predicted line up: Ryan; Webster, Dunk, Burn; Montoya, Stephens, Bissouma, Alzate; Gross, Mooy; Neal Maupay.

Tottenham predicted line up: Lloris; Walker-Peters, Sanchez, Alderweireld, Davies; Ndombele, Winks; Lamela, Eriksen, Son; Kane.
