Luis Enrique has made seven changes to his squad for Spain's World Cup qualifiers with Sweden, Georgia and Kosovo next month.

Forward Abel Ruiz has been called up to the senior national team for the first time, while four players who competed for Spain at Tokyo 2020 - Pedri Gonzalez, Pau Torres, Mikel Oyarzabal and Dani Olmo - will be rested.

Eric Garcia and Unai Simon, who also competed at the Olympics, have been named in the squad.

Diego Llorente, Fabian Ruiz and Thiago Alcantara have also not been called up, after featuring in Euro 2020.

Enrique said veteran captain Sergio Ramos hasn't been included in the squad, after also missing Euro 2020, with the coach saying he hasn't been able to play a single game.
