Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane will have a selection dilemma on Saturday when his side faces Juventus in the UEFA Champions league final at the Principality stadium in Cardiff on Saturday.

Zidane will have the difficult task to choose between homeboy Gareth Bale and in-form Isco ahead of Saturday’s final. Gareth Bale hasn’t played since he got subbed off with a calf injury after 39 minutes in the El Clasico in April but is reportedly fit for the final.

On the other hand Isco has been a good replacement in the team for the Welshman, scoring five goals in eight games and more importantly scoring significant goals in Real Madrid's late league run which saw them lift the La Liga title after five years.

While Bianconeri manager Massimiliano Allegri is rather relaxed as he has a full squad to choose from after former Real Madrid player Sami Khedira was declared fully fit for the final.

For Juventus’ 39-year-old captain Gianluigi Buffon, it will be another shot at glory as he is still chasing his maiden Champions league title. “It would mean a lot for me,” the veteran told media before the team headed to Cardiff.

The Italian champions are headed to Cardiff after easing through in the semifinals beating Monaco 4-1 on aggregate, they are in their second final in three seasons.

Real Madrid too had a comfortable outing in the semifinals as they beat city rivals Atletico 4-2 on aggregate. The Galacticos are hoping to become the first team since AC Milan in 1991 to successfully defend the Champions league title.

This is the 19th time Juventus and Real Madrid are facing in the Champions league making it the second most played fixture behind Real Madrid vs Bayern Munich (24). Juventus go into the final being the only unbeaten team in this season’s Champions League, while the Spanish champions have scored in every game of the tournament.

Individually, winning the Champions League would mean Cristiano Ronaldo would have one hand on the Ballon d’Or this year. The portuguese who would equal Messi’s tally of five awards with this year had another record breaking season as he became the first player in history to score 100 goals in the Champions League.

As the players prepare on-field, organisers are working double shifts in the wake of the Manchester terrorist attack for this football spectacle to happen smoothly. The roof of the Principality stadium will be closed for the first time in a Champions League final as supporters have been asked to arrive no later than two hours before kick-off.
