It is almost time for the football fans to get themselves glued with the much-awaited sixth edition of Indian Super League. ISL 6 will kick off with two-time champions ATK going against Kerala Blasters on Sunday at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. India’s top-rated football league is not only about the great game and adds much more for the fans in terms of entertainment. The co-owner of ATK and the next BCCI President Sourav Ganguly has been selected as the ‘face’ of the league and football fans expect something great from the upcoming Indian Super League season.

ISL: What to expect from the inaugural ceremony

Apart from the football technicality, ISL is also about big stars and a high dose of sporting action. The latest edition will start with Bollywood stars Disha Patani and Tiger Shroff’s performance in the opening ceremony. Last year, ISL did not have an opening ceremony with star performances and Indian football fans can surely expect something big this year with superstars like Tiger and Disha Patani on the line. In the past, Bollywood stars like Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra have set the ISL inaugural stage on fire with their performances and it seems that this year the fans can expect something big too.

Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani have announced that they will be present at the opening game in a promotional video and the fans are already loving the idea. The Baaghi 2 co-stars were seen asking about the team they are going to support on the opening night and Tiger gives a cheeky reply by stating “ Ab Tiger toh Bengal ki side hi hoga na”. However, Disha Patani keeps up the momentum with a perfect reply and says “Kerala main Bengal Tiger? Soch Lo”. The video has already created a lot of buzz and the fans are super excited for the upcoming ISL.
