Tottenham Hotspur will be travelling to Falmer Stadium on Saturday for their Premier League 2019-20 clash against Brighton & Hove Albion. Tottenham are coming back from an embarrassing 2-7 loss to Bayern Munich on matchday two of UEFA Champions League 2019-20 season. Mauricio Pochettino will look to bounce back after the loss to give their fans something to cheer about. Spurs are currently on the seventh position in the points table with 11 points, while Brighton have held the 16th position with just six points to their name.

Premier League: Brighton vs Tottenham match preview

Brighton have not won their last four Premier League clashes against Spurs (W 0, D 1, L 3), with a double loss in the previous Premier League season. Tottenham have not lost against Brighton since April 1983, when they lost 2-1 in the match (W 5, D 1). Seagulls have not taken a lead for a single minute in any of their last four Premier League matches against the Pochettino-led side. Tottenham Hotspur have bagged just 22 points from their last 19 Premier League matches.

12 Premier League teams have won more than Spurs in their last 19 games, including Newcastle United (25) and Bournemouth (23). Tottenham have returned without a win in their last nine Premier League away games (D2 L7), their last win was against Fulham in January. Brighton & Hove Albion have floundered to score more than once in their last 15 Premier League home games. Tottenham have scored their last nine league goals before half-time and only scored in the second half against Manchester City earlier this season.

Christian Eriksen has served 19 assists for Harry Kane in the Premier League and could become the fifth player to provide 20+ assists to a single player in the competition.
