Ruud Guilt who was a former Chelsea football club player has said recently that too many good players left the club and is happy with it as young players are getting the chance to prove their abilities. Gullit said that they are leaving the club because they got the feeling their time would never come through at Chelsea. Gullit later attributed the title of an 'Ideal Coach' to Frank Lampard whom he says has the same experience of the time the younger ones are feeling right now and how it is important that young ones discover themselves.
"I`m glad the young players finally get the chance. With players like Mo Salah, Kevin De Bruyne, and Romelu Lukaku, there have been too many good players leaving the club because they got the feeling their time would never come through at Chelsea," Reports quoted Gullit as saying. So far, Chelsea have witnessed two draws, one loss, and one victory in the Premier League. Reflecting on the same, Gullit said, "Obviously the results aren`t great, but for me, it`s most important that they show a clear philosophy with some good football."
Former football player Gullit showered praise on Lampard by calling him an ideal coach. He also said that we should be patient and the players have the talent and with Lampard, they have their ideal coach who is younger, knows the club and has already experienced everything that they are feeling right now. Gullit says that winning matches is not a concern as of now as much as it was about young players showcasing their abilities and capabilities to the crowd. Gullit said that it's a good squad and that he is positively surprised about their level, they may haven't won any games yet but it is not important right now and that young players are discovering themselves by showing their capabilities to the crowd.
Ruud Gullit's history with Chelsea goes as far as 1995 when he was signed on a free transfer. Gullit initially played as a sweeper by manager Glenn Hoddle with modest success, Gullit at first played as a sweeper by administrator Glenn Hoddle with unassuming achievement, Gullit was moved to a progressively recognizable job in the midfield region where he - scored six goals.
