Gervonta Davis and Marrio Barrios set for super lightweight title fight

WBA super lightweight champion Mario "El Azteca" Barrios will defend his belt against Gervonta "Tank" Davis on Saturday (26 June) at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.

The pair of 26-year-old undefeated pugilists met for a press conference on Thursday.

Barrios will bring a 26-0 record with 17 knockouts into the ring, while his challenger Davis is 24-0 with 23 KOs.

In March Davis was indicted on 14 traffic offenses related to a November hit-and-run; he faces a maximum sentence of over seven years in prison if convicted.
