PKL: Patna Pirates

Despite being one of the strong teams in PKL, Patna Pirates’ performance this season was not up to the mark. The team was dependent on star raider and captain Pardeep Narwal when it came to winning the game. Pirates are currently resting in the tenth spot of the points table with 40 points. The team has played 19 matches in total, out of which they won only six and lost 12 matches. However, the thing to note here is that they have won the three matches out of their last five games.

Needless to say, Pardeep showed an excellent performance this season. He created history by becoming the first player to score 1,000 raid points in Pro Kabaddi League. He also gathered a whopping 243 raid points for his team this season. Other raiders like Neeraj Kumar and Jang Kun Lee also did what they can for the team by gathering 51 and 50 raid points, respectively. In the end, Pardeep-led Pirates would want to end their season in a positive note
