The Patna Pirates will meet Haryana Steelers at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on Monday. This will be the 104th match of the VIVO Pro Kabaddi League Season 7. The Haryana Steelers sit in third position in the points table, while the Patna Pirates are currently placed 10th. The upcoming clash will be their second encounter in this season.

Positive momentum will be key

Only a couple of weeks ago, the three-time champions, Patna Pirates were lingering at the bottom of the table. Thanks to captain Pardeep Narwal, the team is now scripting a comeback. They have won three out of their last four games with the last one being a tie against the Telegu Titans. Players critical to the Patna Pirates are the 'Record-Breaker' Pardeep Narwal, Neeraj Kumar and Hadi Oshtorak.

On the Steelers side of affairs, Haryana Steelers are currently third in the points table just below the Bengal Warriors who have already qualified for the playoffs. The Steelers were on a seven-match winning streak until their loss to the second-placed Bengal Warriors, 48-36. The boys representing Haryana will want to get back to winning ways as soon as possible. Players critical to the Steelers are Raider Vikash Kandola and Defender Sunil.
