Novak Djokovic is one of the top tennis players in the world. In fact, he had claimed the title of World’s No. 1 player in 2011 and since then, has not gone down to below number 2. He has recently defeated Roger Federer in an epic five-set Wimbledon final making it his fifth win. The win brought $2.98 million into Djokovic’s career winnings.

Novak maintains a high-society lifestyle. His hillside Monte Carlo mansion opens onto the waterfront giving its owner a splendid view. He also owns a modern Miami Beach villa at Eighty Seven Park. The player also owns SoHo condos at 565 Broome in New York. Novak Djokovic has a real estate game going on here.

The South Florida residence houses him and his wife Jelena, along with their two children. It was sustainably designed by France's RDAI which also was is the architect behind the Hermes stores worldwide. The building itself is shaped like a cruise-ship and gives an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. It has hotel-style amenities including an in-house botanist.

He can be seen court-side clowning, mingling with fans, restauranteurs, yachting with friends and driving through in luxury cars. Novak Djokovic follows a strict vegan diet. He has an infectious sense of humour and often entertains the Wimbledon crowd.

Indian way of life for Novak Djokovic

16 Grand Slam titles later, Novak has adopted a certain way of life that has an Indian-ness woven in. He has introduced yoga in his daily routine along with meditation. Earlier, the Serbian visibly vented his frustration on the court. But those days are gone now. He has appeared to have achieved an emotional balance and calmness within himself. A wall in his house is painted with a Shree Krishna mural during Ras Leela. This has impressed Indian supporters and everybody is speculating whether Djokovic is a Krishna-Bhakt. The tennis star has started to follow a vegan diet after discovering that he is glucose-intolerant.

Novak Djokovic is ahead of Nadal and only a few points behind Roger Federer. In the US Open that took place from August 26 to September 8, Djokovic had to pull out of the Grand Slam in the fourth round. The tennis star had suffered an injury in the match against Stanislas Wawrinka. But Novak was all praises for Rafael Nadal who went on to win the Grand Slam.
