Top seed Albert Ramos-Vinolas made smooth progress into the semi-finals of the Croatia Open on Friday as he dropped just three games in beating world number 91 Stefano Travaglia of Italy.

Ramos-Vinolas is aiming to win his second ATP Tour title this year, having won on clay in Estoril in May.

He wasted little time in despatching Travaglia in an hour and seven minutes and next faces either number three seed Filip Krajinovic of Serbia or Spanish teenager Carlos Alcarez.
