WWE: Alexa Bliss, Cross have been traded to Friday Night SmackDown

WWE draft 2019 is over, but the rosters for RAW and SmackDown continued with its changes. WWE COO Triple H appeared on WWE Backstage preview show on FS1 to showcase the blockbuster trade. Triple H revealed that Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss will be traded to SmackDown from Raw. They will be officially back as a tag team for the SmackDown segment.

Talking to the WWE Hall of Famer Booker T and host Renee Young, he revealed that this trade was decided by the new Executive Director Bruce Prichard. WWE recently announced that Prichard will be replacing Eric Bischoff as the SmackDown Executive Director. And, Bischoff is no longer working the WWE network. After the draft was wrapped up on Monday Night Raw, all the fans were disappointed with the imbalance between RAW and SmackDown.

The blue brand women's champion Bayley and Sasha Banks were with the Smackdown. Meanwhile, Bliss, Cross, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Asuka and Kairi Sane were in the red brand of WWE. With Bliss and Cross’ move to the RAW, it will help in maintaining the balance. Bliss has been a former RAW and SmackDown women's champion. Also, the women’s Tag Team Championship was with Bliss and Cross for 61 days.
