How does it work?

Jio explains the assistant uses its AI-based platform to listen to queries from its customers and respond to them accordingly. In addition, Jio says, the AI platform also has a unique auto-learning feature to improve the accuracy of responses.

Brands and business can use this solution to deal with their own customers. The video call bot can be adapted by brands to give it a unique avatar. All you need to do is dial a video call enabled helpline. What's more, it will also support multilingual capabilities enabling brands to communicate with customers in their own language.
