Instagram down | Facebook and Instagram users report global outage

According to reports, a lot of Facebook and Instagram users around the world are reporting issues with the platforms saying they are unable to post new content.

Facebook users are also complaining about a login error code 2 message. Meanwhile, Down Detector also reports a spike in the number of users reporting issues with Facebook today.

While 36 per cent reports talk about issues uploading pictures, 35 per cent complaints say Facebook has completely crashed.

Meanwhile Instagram users have reported they have not been able to log into their accounts. Users have reported the sharing feature is not working and they are unable to upload new pictures or add comments on Facebook-owned photo-sharing platform.

Some Instagram users have also reported issues refreshing their feed.

According to WAbetainfo, Facebook and Instagram are mainly facing issues in Brazil.
