PUBG Lite Beta Servers Out Of Maintenance, Game Unlocking In India, Full Public Version Of Battle Royale To Computers Could Be Imminent

PUBG Lite that introduces key PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) experiences on computers is now live in India. The servers have seemingly gotten out of maintenance mode and are now live. This version of PUBG had been in the making for long and has now finally reached gamers in India who constitute a significant chunk of PUBG players globally.  

Now, multiple gamers took to various forums to report that PUBG Lite – that is now in beta opened for playing to those having pre-registered to test out the game. The pre-registration period was between 20 June till 3 July post which servers in India went into maintenance and stayed in the same condition till 4 July 2:30 PM IST.  

For gamers having registered to test out the beta, there would be newer in-game aspects viz. Cheetah Parachute, and the Tiger M46 battle vehicle.  

System requirements 

For gamers having registered to play PUBG Lite beta, the below are the mandatory system requirements that must be met at all costs: 

  • Operating system (OS) – Microsoft Windows 7 64-bit, Windows 10, or Windows 8  OSes  
  • Required graphics card - Intel HD Graphics 4000 graphics    
  • Minimum RAM – 4GB at least    
  • Minimum Processor – At least 2.4GHz Intel Core i3     
  • Hard disk storage required – At least 4GB. 

As far as core PUBG is concerned it should not be long till the full version of PUBG Lite is seeded to gamers in India. The beta is currently live, apart from India, in regions like Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Malaysia. Hence, India could be the first country to get the full public version of PUBG Lite beta.
