PUBG players and loyalists have also expressed requirements for newer skins and a new way to unlock these skins across multiple gaming forums.

As per renowned PUBG tipster going by the YouTube moniker Slick PUBG, who through a new YouTube video believes that an update introducing a custom store to avail skins (by paying of course) could do players a world of good. At this juncture, it is worth noting that the recently released Apex Legends comes with an in-game store that makes it possible for players to purchase skins.

For the uninitiated, the crates in PUBG can be unblocked upon paying in excess of $2 which means that the vast majority of gamers might not have had access to a lot of items such as the AKM -Industrial Security weapon, and other skins.

In this regard, do share your thoughts on the sort of skins you would like to see within a future update to PUBG.

In other PUBG-related updates, the game topped Steam Honors as it managed to bag the Game of 2018 award on Steam. This award could give the game’s folks lots to cheer about considering the fact that in countries like India, PUBG has been recommended for bans as it has been termed “Violent” and “Aggressive” by multiple associations in the country.
