"The threat is not believed to be credible at this time," Valparaiso Police wrote in their Facebook post.

However, given the fact that school shootings are a serious issue and it gets severe media attention, cops took the post seriously and made a move.

"The male is being detained at the Porter County Juvenile Detention Center on a charge of Intimidation," the Valparaiso Police wrote on Thursday.

Cops also put a second boy, 14 years old, behind the bars who was reportedly involved in the incident. According to a report, he supplied photos of weapons that were posted on social media. However, he was not in possession of any weapons at the time of making the post and he also denied posting any threats.
