PUBG for PCs and consoles is now set to get a new update. Here, it is worth remembering that the Update 5.1 is the currently seeding update. The new enhancement is the Update 5.2 that introduces all-important newer features.
The update 5.2 to PUBG
The Update 5.2 would introduce spikes to puncture enemy tires (of vehicles). These spike traps could be laid at strategic locations for players to launch attacks on enemies. Then, there are enhancements to the current-gen Vikendi map. The biggest functionality is the arrival of PUBG Labs that contain a set of experimental features. Users could experiment these features and report feedbacks.
The Update 5.2 is now on test servers. PUBG has teased seeding of this update very shortly. Hence, it should now only be about time before the update makes its way to live servers and eventually players; PCs. As far as experimental features are concerned, these specifically include the likes of Way Point feature to make players' in-game routes better through strategic planning. Then, there would also be the Auto Attachment feature that provides you weapons based on the attachments you pick up, along your way.
These should work in tandem with the current-gen aspects such as the ability to throw melee weapons at enemies so as to weaken/ and even kill them. These random weapons include the likes of frying pans that could be hurled at enemies. Then, when the enemy si weakened, custom attacks could be launched to mercilessly slaughter them. In related news, Team SOUL’s performance in the ongoing PUBG Mobile Club Open (PMCO) Fall Split has been heartening to say the least. The team obtained a direct entry to the global finals that would begin from 30 November in Malaysia.
