Zomato Executives Queue Up Like Never Before Outside Bawarchi Restaurant In Hyderabad To Deliver As much as 2000 Orders, Image Has Twitterati In Splits

Food delivery executives at Zomato queued up like never before outside the Bawarchi Restaurant in Hyderabad to fulfil orders of Hyderabadi biryani amounting to as much as 2000 in a day.

Food delivery executives at Zomato queued up like never before outside the Bawarchi Restaurant in Hyderabad to fulfil orders of Hyderabadi biryani, seeming like the restaurant spares none from waiting when it comes to tasty food; not even Zomato delivery executives. The number of orders for biryani that Zomato fulfils from this restaurant is said to be close to 2000 in a day.

Zomato India also tweeted a photograph of its executives waiting in line to pick up their consignments (of Hyderabadi biryani). Check out the image below:

Here it is worth noting that there is intense competition between Zomato and Swiggy with respect to food deliveries; now, we cannot say which service is better, but it seems like people have a strong connect with the roots if the above instance is anything to go by. Also, as per an annual report of Zomato, Manipal in Karnataka has the highest delivery frequencies amongst the cities in which Zomato has a presence.

Also, Zomato states that a customer recently requested deliveries amounting to as much as 292 orders from 48 different restaurants in Alwar of Rajasthan. Also, the city of Indore was found to be requesting the most number of midnight deliveries - even outnumbering Mumbai.

In another interesting trend, a customer in Lucknow is said to have requested Zomato to deliver food worth a staggering Rs 16800. In Guwahati, the food aggregator service reportedly delivered food by crossing the river Brahmaputra on a boat.
