Apple iPad Pro 2018 Variants Going on Sale in India on November 16; All You Need to Know

In good news to Apple loyalists in India, both the 11-inch and the 12.9-inch variants have now got a commercial release date which is not too far from now. Both the latest Apple slates are set to go on sale from November 16; with pre-orders now open.

As far as their pricing is concerned, the 11-inch Apple iPad Pro would be available for INR 71,900, while the 12.9-inch variant would retail at INR 89,900. These prices and the bookings have been confirmed by Apple authorized reseller Imagine in an official Facebook post.

Storage variants which would be available from November 16:

• Apple iPad Pro 2018 11-inch variant: Buyers could choose between a 256GB and 1TB editions of the slate. Pricing could vary based on the internal storage variant chosen. The starting price for a 256GB edition is INR 71,900.

• Apple iPad Pro 2018 12.9-inch edition: This would be available in 64 GB As well as 256 GB storage variants. As stated above, pricing starts from INR 89,900 for the 64GB edition.

For starters, Imagine is letting consumers purchase Apple’s iPad at EMIs starting from INR 3183 per month. There are also offers on select credit cards at Imagine.
 

What are the USP’s of Apple iPad Pro 2018?

The biggest USP of Apple’s newest slates is the Edge-to-Edge Liquid Retina Display that should provide for intuitive viewing with enhanced colour options on the screen.

Another notable aspect is the FaceID which adds comparatively enhanced security options to the new iPad Pro.

The Apple Pencil also works with the iPad Pro 2018; this enhancements should be purchased separately.

As of now, it is not known if the iPad Pro 2018 variants would be sold on e-tailers viz Amazon and Flipkart. For now, it is only the Imagine Authorized stores.
