Short for PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, PUBG has become a fairly household name across the gaming community, and ever since its reach expanded to a mobile platform, its popularity has grown exponentially over the last few months. As of now, PUBG is available to play on the following platforms: PC, Mobile (Android and iOS) and console (Xbox One).
As you might have hoped for, yes, PUBG will soon be released on the PlayStation 4 platform and that day is not too far. PUBG is all set to release for the PlayStation 4 platform on December 7, 2018.
Currently, PUBG for PS4 is available to pre-order on the platform. Those who are interested, can pre-order the game so that they will be able to start enjoying PUBG as soon as the game becomes commercially available to the masses. PUBG for PS4 is up for pre-order via the official PlayStation store website. So, before you proceed, make sure that you have a valid Sony network ID. In case you don’t, you can easily sign-up for the one from PUBG PS4 listing on PlayStation Store. Once you have a valid, working Sony ID, use your login credentials to sign into your PlayStation Store account.
Step 1: Assuming that you are signed into your PlayStation store account, go to PUBG for PS4 listing.
Step 2: The game costs $29.99. Below the price is a pre-order button. Click on the pre-order button.
Step 3: You will be asked to enter the payment method. Follow all the on-screen instructions.
Step 4: Once you have finalised the purchase, you will find PUBG for PS4 in your PlayStation library.
Currently, PUBG is only available to pre-order. You will be able to play the game once it officially releases on December 7.
Step 1: Navigate to PS4 library > section for your purchased items.
Step 2: Once you have successfully located the game, press the X button on your controller.
Step 3: Select the Download option. Once done, PUBG should appear on your PS4 Home screen.
