Asus ROG Phone 2 accessories: Price in India, availability, details

Asus India on Friday announced the availability and price details of accessories for the ROG Phone 2, including TwinView Dock, Mobile Desktop Dock and AeroActive Cooler. Asus says all these accessories will be up for grabs on Flipkart starting today, October 25. Let's see what all ROG Phone 2 accessories you can purchase in India.

Asus TwinView Dock Gamepad

If you are looking to enhance your gaming experience with two screens then TwinView Dock is what you need. It features 6.59-inch 1080p+ auxiliary AMOLED with 120Hz refresh rate for smoother interaction. What's more, it features a turbo-fan cooling system and a 5,000mAh extended battery pack. Asus TwinView Dock costs Rs 19,999.

Asus Mobile Desktop Dock Gamepad

Asus Mobile Desktop Dock can offer you a desktop Android gaming experience using a keyboard and mouse or with the ROG Kunai Gamepad paired in for large screen gaming. You get input and output ports like – up to 4K HDMI and DisplayPort, 4 USB SuperSpeed ports, an RJ45 Gigabit ethernet port, micro B connector, and an SD card reader, among others. Asus Mobile Desktop Dock Gamepad costs Rs 12,999.

Asus Aero Active Cooler Gamepad

This would deliver airflow into the ROG Aerodynamic System cand can fit over the bundled ROG Phone Aero Case. The AeroActive Cooler 2 is pretty quiet, with a 24dBA noise level, which 4X quieter than the original design. Asus Aero Active Cooler Gamepad costs Rs 3,999.

Asus ROG Phone 2 specs

With a starting price of Rs 37,999 for the base variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage, Asus ROG Phone 2 sports a 120Hz AMOLED display. Powering the device is Qualcomm's top-end Snapdragon 855+ SoC, coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. It packs a 6,000mAh battery under the hood. On the front, there's a 6.59-inch AMOLED Full HD+ display, featuring Corning Gorilla Glass 6 for protection.

Asus ROG Phone 2 preorders briefly resumed today. However, the device has apparently gone out of stock already.
