ColorOS 6 – Android 9.0 OS Update Now Live For Realme C1 2018 Smartphones 

The Realme C1 (2018) aka Realme C1 2018 is now receiving the ColorOS 6 operating system (OS) update that is based on Android 9.0 (Pie) firmware. This means that the users of the smartphone would be able to check out newer aspect such as Digital Wellbeing and enhanced camera features among others.  

Now, as per reports on various forums, the ColorOS 6 bears build number RMX1811EX_11_A.54 and the size of this build is more than 1GB, hence it is imminent that you maintain significant internal storage within your smartphones in case you are a Realme C1 user in India.  

If you are a Realme C1 user, you should receive automatic notifications representing the newer firmware; for the new and first-time Realme C1 users, it is also possible to check for Color OS 6 manually. To resort to this, within the smartphones, navigate to Settings > About Phone > Updates > Check for updates.  

As far as ColorOS 6 – Android 9.0 OS update is concerned, the newer firmware introduces features such as:

As far as pricing is concerned, the Realme C1 is priced at Rs 7500. In related updates, the Realme X is all set to be launched in India on 15 July. This is the Realme X Spider-Man edition of the smartphone which would be launched along with the Realme X Garlic and Onion editions of the same phone. Pricing of the Realme X starts from Rs 17000.
