Confirmed: Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Set To Launch In India On February 28, After Topping Sales In China

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is now coming to India even earlier than expected. This smartphone succeeds the current-gen Redmi Note 6 Pro that is known for its AI-powered quad cameras that should potentially give the early amateur photographers lots to cheer about.

Now, the Redmi Note 7 would be launched in India as early as February 28. Not too long ago, rumour mills were abuzz with a March 2019 release date for the smartphone. As per an official Redmi India Twitter post, the mid-range smartphone featuring triple cameras would be launched on February 28. Loyalists could even click here to register for the launch event of the phone to be held in New Delhi. Registrations are open now.
 

 

Also, loyalist expectations have been at an all-time high on multiple social forums with respect to witnessing the Indian unveiling of the Redmi Note 7. It should, therefore, do a world of good for Xiaomi in case it has given in to these loyalist expectations.

At this juncture, the Xiaomi Redmi note 7 is already launched in China where 1 million units of the phone have reportedly been sold since January 15. The Redmi Note 7, in India, could be priced in the Rs 15000 range.
