Vivo U10 with fast charging has been announced and this would be a value-for-money offering focussed on millennials more than being positioned as a flagship smartphone. The Vivo V10 would be an Amazon-exclusive in India. USP of this smartphone should be its price and technical specifications (only hinted at athis stage) catering to mobile gamers. As of now, the key technical specifications are yet to be announced.

Now, the Vivo U10 would be online-only. Nonetheless, there are minute details which have surfaced about the smartphone. These indicate the presence of a Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC, and at least a 4000mAh battery – both of which are theoretically ideal for mobile gamers. Other technical details would be out shortly. Vivo’s last successful smartphone series – the Z series turned out to be eye-catchy as far as mobile gaming is concerned. To offer smartphones for purchase, Vivo has collaborated with Amazon India.  “Sharing his thoughts on the collaboration, Nipun Marya, Director Brand Strategy, at Vivo India stated, “ Our association with Amazon for our brand-new U-series portfolio will help us cater to the specific needs of our Gen Z customers who want a reliable, responsive and performance-driven smartphone that fits their budget well.”

Seconding Marya’s thoughts, Nishant Sardana, Category Leader for mobile phones at Amazon India added, “Our customer understanding and insights, clubbed with Vivo's technology prowess form the cornerstone of the new U-series. The new U10 will see an enviable blend of technology and price for today’s savvy millennial." In related news, the ongoing IFA 2019 has seen some interesting innovations being launched. One such device is the Blok-on-Blok blockchain smartphone. USP of this device is that it also supports an Android interface, and lets users switch between Android and BlockChain. As of now, this device has made its way to Kickstarter. Check out more about this (one of the) initial smartphone, here.
