Huawei will launch its flagship Mate 30 series phones on September 19. The Mate 30 series, which is expected to have the premiere Mate 30 Pro and Mate 30, the more affordable mate 30 Lite, and the limited-edition Mate 30RS (Porsche) will formally be unveiled at a standalone keynote event in Munich, Germany. Serial tipster Evan Blass has managed to get a hold of seemingly official looking renders of all the four phones ahead of launch - leaving literally nothing to the imagination.

The biggest takeaway - all the Huawei Mate 30 series phones will likely get quad cameras on the back.

The Mate 30 Pro, being the true-blue flagship of the lot will of course be in line to get top-tier camera hardware, in addition to what also looks like a different sensor arrangement. The quad cameras in the Mate 30 Pro will be housed inside a distinct circle - something that Huawei has also been teasing on social media. Rumour mills have been hinting that the Mate 30 Pro will pack two high-resolution 40MP cameras to boot, among other things. The limited-edition Mate 30RS is expected to have the same camera credentials as the Mate 30 Pro, but again, in tune with Huawei’s Porsche design scheme - which means the rear cameras will be part of a vertical stripe extending from the top to the bottom.

The Mate 30 Lite, which is likely to be the most affordable of the lot, will come with a more standard looking quad camera setup as per the renders. This model also gets a fingerprint scanner on the rear.

Coming to the Mate 30 Pro, which will be Huawei’s next high-end flagship phone, is seen boating of a “waterfall” kind of display which in simple terms means, it’s going to be a whole lot curvier on the sides. The phone is also seen boasting of a wider notch (in comparison to the Mate 30) suggesting it could be home to improved facial recognition tech. The Mate 30 Lite is meanwhile seen carrying a punch-hole display.
