The full spec-list of the upcoming Moto G7 series has already been leaked, by none other than Motorola itself. But let’s face it, the leaked spec-list, wasn’t very exciting. Probably because it was missing out on more granular details. A couple of them have now leaked online in the form of renders that show off the retail packaging of the alleged Moto G7 Plus, the model which is likely to be the most premium in the Moto G7 line-up.

The Moto G7 Plus, as per the leak, will support 27W TurboPower fast charging out-of-the-box, a first for Motorola. Should the Moto G7 Plus fall in the around Rs 20,000 price bracket – like its predecessor – it would also become the first of its kind device in its product category. Competing products like the Xiaomi Mi A2 max out at 18W, so 27W fast charging would definitely add to the Moto G7 Plus’ USP. Unlike rivals, Motorola is known to bundle TurboPower-compliant chargers in the box, at least with its more premium Moto G phones, so something similar would be expected from the Moto G7 Plus as well. It isn’t known if the vanilla Moto G7 would also support 27W TurboPower fast charging.

Another key feature of the Moto G7 Plus could be OIS for the main camera. Although budget phones are increasingly coming up with EIS, OIS or optical image stabilization is something that is still reserved for more expensive phones. The Moto G7 Plus could change that, if the leak turns out to be true.

Based on information accidentally shared by Motorola Brazil, the Moto G7 Plus will come with a 6.24-inch full-HD+ (403ppi) display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage (expandable), Android Pie software, dual rear cameras consisting of one 16MP sensor with f/1.7 aperture and another 5MP sensor, 12MP front camera, 3,000mAh battery. The phone will measure 172 gram and charge via USB Type-C.

Motorola will launch its Moto G7 line-up of phones on February 7 at a standalone keynote event in Brazil.
