The Nokia 9 PureView smartphone, unveiled at the ongoing Mobile World Congress 2019 (MWC 2019) comes with a whopping 5 rear cameras which at least on paper should offer amateur photographers lots to cheer about. Here, 5 cameras on the rear are seemingly not the USP of the phone, but there are other key features for Nokia loyalists to check out.

With key features of Nokia 9 being the criteria, check out below five of these that could offer the hardcore loyalists lots to cheer about:

  • 20MP front camera: Apart from its 5 rear camera setup, the Nokia 9 PureView has a 20MP camera on the front - targeting more than just the selfie photographers. Video calling, especially for the business class, coupled with robust internet connectivity, should offer relatively smoother experiences whilst communicating. A 20MP should also offer the selfie-obsessed lots to cheer about as there is HDR incorporated within.

  • RAM-Internal storage combination: The Nokia 9 comes with a fixed 128GB internal storage, in tandem with 6GB RAM. The latter should offer the HD gamers lots to cheer about as graphics rendering coupled with the Adreno 630 GPU should be glitch-free; in terms of video performance.

  • Wireless charging: The Nokia 9 PureView’s 3320 mAh battery could be charged wirelessly; which is a relief considering the hassles that wired charges put smartphone owners through. Along with wireless charging, the Nokia 9 PureView’s battery is also compatible with the Quick Charge 3.0 technology that should give it enough juice within a short period of charge time.

  • In-display fingerprint sensor: The smartphone’s fingerprint sensor practically adds increased security/privacy for its users.

  • Potential revival of the “camera phones” trend: If you remember, not too long ago, “camera phones” were a rage, at least in countries like India, catering to the millennial section of buyers. With the Nokia 9, the camera phones smartphones trend seems to have made a comeback albeit in an advanced (multi-camera) avatar.
