A Nokia feature phone running Android has now surfaced. This makes for an interesting predicament as modern feature phones – even the 4G-enabled ones run KaiOS. Feature phones such as the JioPhone and the Nokia 8110 4G run KaiOS platform. The Nokia phone, running Android could be a prototype – even a potential concept at this point in time.

Android-driven feature phone

The Android-driven Nokia phone has surfaced via  a video on Steemit, quoted by XDA Developers, and gauging the feature phone in the video, the Google Assistant is quite dominant. This very device is said to be the Nokia Android phone.  As per the creator of the video on Steemit, it is possible that additional information about the device in question could be made public during the 15 October Google Pixel event. At this point in time, the key technical specifications of this handset is yet to surface. It is also possible that the device could just be restricted to a prototype – as stated above.
