The OnePlus 6T will seemingly be available at its lowest price ever during Amazon India’s Fab Phones Fest promotional sales event, the online retail giant said in a statement on Wednesday. While the 6GB RAM/128GB OnePlus 6T is receiving a Rs 3,000 flat discount, the 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB OnePlus 6T models will both sell for Rs 4,000 off during the Fab Phones Fest. The sale will start at midnight on April 11 and end at 11:59 pm on April 13.
The OnePlus 6T 6GB/128GB variant currently sells for Rs 37,999, while the 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB variants sell for Rs 41,999 and Rs 45,999 respectively – during Amazon India’s Fab Phones Fest, the OnePlus 6T will be available for Rs 34,999, Rs 37,999 and Rs 41,999 respectively.
Interestingly, the scheme does not apply for the McLaren Edition of the OnePlus 6T – which has seemingly been brought back on popular demand from April 6.
The OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition with carbon fiber finish with Orange accents, 10GB RAM, 256GB storage and Warp Charge 30 is available at launch price – which is Rs 50,999.
OnePlus had launched the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition in India in December last year as a limited-edition product. OnePlus isn’t saying how many units of the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition have been put up for grabs in its second innings – but the phone is still in stock. And the OnePlus 7 is on the way.
The real star of the show in the case of the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition is the phone’s Warp Charge 30 which is a step up from the 20W Dash Charging tech found inside the vanilla OnePlus 6T - Warp Charge 30 is claimed to offer 50 per cent charge in 20 minutes of charging.
Rest of the specs remain the same – the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition has a 6.4-inch 1080p+ AMOLED display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, dual rear cameras (16+20MP), 16MP front camera, Android 9 Pie-based OxygenOS and a 3,700mAh battery.
