OnePlus 7T, OnePlus 7T Pro getting important OxygenOS updates 

The OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro are now receiving new updates that correct a host of issues. These include the likes of standby power, Bluetooth connectivity issue, standby power consumption, black bar issue, and more. This rollout is taking place via over-the-air (OTA) mechanism.  

The new updates 

Now, this OTA is a phased one. Firstly, the OnePlus 7T is receiving the OxygenOS 10.0.6 update. This introduces a host of enhancements, as given below. Then, the OnePlus 7T Pro is also receiving the OxygenOS 10.0.4. Check out both enhancements, below. Primarily, the OnePlus 7T OxygenOS 10.0.6 update: 

• Optimization of standby power consumption 
• Improvements to system stability and general bug fixes 
• Optimization of the Bluetooth connectivity in automobiles 
• Optimization to the expanded screenshot feature 

Then, the OnePlus 7 T Pro with its new OxygenOS 10.0.4 update comes with enhancements such as: 

• Optimization of standby power consumption 
• Improvements to system stability and general bug fixes 
•  Android security patch to 2019.10 update
• Fixes to the black bar issue while charging or playing a video 
• Optimization of the Bluetooth connectivity in automobiles 
• Optimization of the expanded screenshot feature
