Oppo K1 with gradient design and Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC will go on sale today. The first sale begins on Flipkart at 12 noon. As for the key highlight, Oppo K1 is probably the cheapest Android smartphone to feature the in-display fingerprint reader.
To recall, Oppo K1 originally came to India earlier this month. Oppo K1 will be available in two colour options: Astral Blue and Piano Black. It comes at the price of Rs 16,990.
E-commerce portal Flipkart has several offers going on for who are those interested in buying Oppo K1. Flipkart offers no-cost EMI offers for a duration of 3 or 6 months, in addition to the Complete Mobile Protection plan at Rs 499. Interested customers can also avail a 90 per cent buyback value worth Rs 15,300.
Oppo K1 customers can purchase a buyback plan for Re 1. However, benefits can be availed only when customers upgrade to some other Oppo smartphone purchased from Flipkart within eight months of purchasing the Oppo K1.
Additionally, Flipkart offers 10 per cent discount for those purchasing Oppo K1 using Citi Bank debit or credit card. Axis Bank Buzz credit card users can avail a 5 per cent discount.
Oppo K1 is the dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone. It sports a 6.4-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display featuring 1080x2340 pixels resolution and a dewdrop notch. Powering this handset is Qualcomm's Snapdragon 660 SoC and 4GB of RAM. Inside is 64GB of expandable storage (up to 256GB). Oppo K1 is also available with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage in China.
