The Poco F1 may get the Xiaomi MIUI 11 as a software update. This could happen when the MIUI 11 starts rolling out globally. This update has been seemingly confirmed by Xiaomi’s own Pocofone global head Alvin Tse who took to Twitter to share the news. But, at this point in time, there is no definite timeline for the rollout of the MIUI 11 globally.  At this point in time, as soon as Tse announced the seemingly global rollout of MIUI to Poco F1 (at some unknown point in time in the future), netizens – especially Twitterati went berserk in their demand to continue the Poco series of smartphones and to launch the Poco F2. Check out below these twitter reactions:

MIUI 11

At this point in time, the MIUI 11 was announced on 24 September in China. The new user interface (UI) comes with features such as single-tap projection, quick file transfer, along with the Mi Go functionality. These features are custom-made for increasing productivity from an office-doc perspective. Compatible devices (with the MIUI 11) include the likes of Redmi Note 7 Pro, Redmi Note 7, Mi 9 SE, Mi Mix 3, and the Redmi k20. The MIUI 11 would rollout initially in China, and then global. The latter rollout could take place after October this year. With Poco F1 getting the update at some unknown point in the future, it only makes for an interesting aspect to anticipate the arrival of the newer Xiaomi UI.
