Realme Buds Wireless with 12-hour battery life launched in India 

Oppo spin-off brand Realme launched its first wireless earphones, aka the Realme Buds Wireless, in India on Friday.

Oppo spin-off brand Realme launched its first wireless earphones, aka the Realme Buds Wireless, in India on Friday. The Realme Buds Wireless boast of a minimalist design. Apart from the sleek design, the wireless earphones has IPX4 splash-resistance, up to 12-hour battery life with fast charging, and sound tuned by DJ Alan Walker. Realme has launched the Realme Buds Wireless in India at a price of Rs 1,799.   

Design

The Realme Buds Wireless have a sleek silicone neckband attached to two metal cases - they’re your typical looking wireless earphones, like say the Xiaomi Mi Wireless. Realme is really touting their Magnetic Fast Pair tech that will let users instantly pair them with a Realme phone by simply separating the buds. The Realme Buds Wireless are also IPX4-certified for splash resistance and support Bluetooth 5.0 out-of-the-box.  The Realme Buds Wireless will be available in as many as three colors – Black, Green and Orange. 

Key Features

Realme Buds pack 11.2mm bass boost drivers for seemingly powerful bass. It also has up to 12 hours of battery life on single charge. The wireless earphones also support fast charging with 10 minutes of charge claimed to offer up to 100 minutes of music playback. The wireless earphones is also has IPX4 splash-resistance.

Realme also launched its 10,000mAh power bank in India alongside the Realme Buds Wireless on Friday. Realme’s new power bank supports ‘bi-directional’ 18W fast charging. It packs 12 layers of circuit protection making it “the safest power bank in the segment”. Realme has launched its 10,000mAh power bank in India at a price of Rs 1,299 and it will be available for buying in three colors - Grey, Red and Yellow. 

“The expansion of our accessories portfolio with Realme Buds Wireless and Realme power banks will make life fun and easier for our users. The all new Realme Buds Wireless has the best sound quality with the largest sound driver in the segment and is tuned by world famous DJ Alan Walker. The Realme power banks with its fast charging feature carries our trademark design,” Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth said in a press statement.
