Vivo now inviting artwork for “Make in India” logo designed by you 

Vivo has announced the ‘Design Vivo’s Make in India logo’ contest where even fans and Vivo users could participate, to design the Vivo “Make in India” logo.

Smartphone maker Vivo has announced the ‘Design Vivo’s Make in India logo’ contest where even fans and Vivo users could participate in designing the Vivo “Make in India” logo. At this point, Vivo will be celebrating its fifth year anniversary in India and as part of this celebration, Vivo is inviting consumers and fans to design a new logo that showcases its focus and commitment towards manufacturing in the Indian market. 

Get rewarded

Vivo would also award the best artwork with Rs 500000 along with offering complete rights of the design to the owner.  Additionally, ten runners-up would also get the chance to get their design promoted on Vivo social handles and receive Vivo devices. The participants can submit the entries beginning today till 23 November 2019. The winners of the contest would be selected by Vivo India’s creative team and select designers from Talenthouse. Enthusiasts could participate by submitting entries to submissions@talenthouse.co.in and by clicking here. 

During the commencement of the contest,  Nipun Marya, Director-Brand Strategy, Vivo India stated, “We at Vivo have been wholly aligned with the 'Make in India’ initiative from day one. As we celebrate our 5-year journey in India, we have planned this contest to give our fans a chance to participate in our fifth-year celebration. We are confident of getting some great entries from the immensely talented designers in the country and I wish everyone all the best for their entry.” 

Recently, Vivo also announced an additional investment in India worth Rs 3500 crores. This would be towards strengthening its manufacturing capabilities in the country and setting up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. With this, the brand’s total investment In India for manufacturing devices would be at Rs 7500 crore. As part of its commitment to the Indian market, all devices that are sold in India are manufactured in India.
