Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has joined hands with Xiaomi to tease the arrival of the Redmi Note 7 smartphone in the Indian market. As a result of this partnership, Xiaomi has released a new teaser video featuring Ranveer Singh.

The video portrays Ranveer in an all-new avatar, showcasing the Redmi Note 7 while dancing to the track ‘I am sexy and I know it’. 

"Xiaomi is the number one smartphone brand. The company has been making waves since its entry into the market. We share similar beliefs of providing the best to our consumers, and I am really looking forward to disrupting the market together with Xiaomi for their smartphone series starting with Redmi Note 7,” said Ranveer Singh.

At the end of the film, Ranveer receives a phone call from Xiaomi Global VP and India MD Manu Kumar Jain, two confirming the alliance.

Xiaomi is all set to launch the Redmi Note 7 in India on February 28. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 will be up or grabs exclusively via Flipkart. The key highlight, Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 features a 48MP main camera, in addition to a secondary 5MP sensor.

Up front, the Redmi Note 7 has a 13MP sensor for selfies and video calls. It sports a 6.3-inch 1080p+ display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor with up to 6GB RAM and 64GB expandable storage, and a 4,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.

In a realted news, folks over at Xiaomi could also be gearing up to announce the Redmi Note 7 Pro, which is expected to look and feel much like the Redmi Note 7. However, the device is said to feature slightly better hardware.
