Weekend Smartphone Deals: Redmi Y2 Gets Rs 5000 Price Cut Online, Available At Rs 8499 

The Redmi Y2 is now available for a staggering Rs 5000 price cut. The 2018 mid-range smartphone is available currently for Rs 8499.  

E-tailer Amazon has effected the Rs 5000 price cut on the Rs 13499 pricing of the mid-range smartphone. Amazon is also claiming to deliver, the Redmi Y2, for free.  

The Redmi Y3 offers key technical specifications such as:

In related news, the Amazon AI-enabled Messaging Assistant is now upgraded to speak to users in Hindi. “With this launch, Amazon India aims to break the language barrier and provide a hassle-free support service to customers,” stated Amazon. 

“The new chat assistant in Hindi underlines our commitment to serve the next 100 million Indians to discover and shop with Amazon,” added Amazon.  

Finally, the recent Amazon Freedom Sale which took place from 8 August – 11 August reduced the price of certain major smartphones substantially. This included the likes of the Oppo A7’s price lowered by Rs 7000.
