Xiaomi Mi 9X Could Be Yet Another Affordable Flagship, Rumoured Technical Specifications Surface

The recently launched Xiaomi Mi 9 could have a Mi 9X variant that could be yet another flagship device from Xiaomi. Now, the key technical specifications of this purported smartphone have surfaced.

As per new leaks on Chinese social networking site Weibo (translated), the speculated Xiaomi Mi 9 X is rumoured to offer key technical specifications such as:

• 6.4-inch AMOLED display
• Android 9.0 (Pie) with MIUI 10 on top
• 48MP, 8MP, 13MP triple rear cameras
• 32MP front camera
• 6GB RAM
• 64GB internal storage
• Fingerprint sensor on the display
• Probable MicroSD card slot for expanding the 64GB internal storage
• LTE, HSPA, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, and microUSB connectivity
• 3300mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

These leaks have also pegged an April 2019 release for the purported Mi 9X. Pricing of this smartphone apparently starts from 1699 Yuan (roughly translating to Rs 18000).

At this point in time, it is worth noting that the recent Xiaomi Mi 9 was subjected to a range of durability tests by renowned technology analyst JerryRigEverything.
