The Redmi K20 has arrived in global markets as the Mi 9T. Xiaomi has launched the Mi 9T in Europe, alongside the Mi Smart Band 4 (which is a rebranded version of the Mi Band 4) – both of which have already made their debut in China. The Redmi K20 is set to launch in India by mid-July alongside the more premiere Redmi K20 Pro – a Mi 9T Pro (global version of the Redmi K20 Pro) has not been launched in Europe for now.

The Mi 9T has the same design and specs as the Redmi K20. Xiaomi has launched the Mi 9T in Europe at a price of Euros 369 – this is for the version with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. For a limited time, Xiaomi will be selling the Mi 9T in Europe at an introductory price of Euros 299.

The Mi 9T, like the Redmi K20, comes with a 3D glass build (with a flashy gradient design), a 6.39-inch 1080p+ AMOLED screen with an in-screen fingerprint reader, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 processor, triple rear cameras (48MP+13MP+8MP), a 20MP pop-up selfie camera, Android Pie-based MIUI 10 software, and a 4,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging via USB Type-C.

As for the Mi Smart Band 4, it comes with a 0.95-inch colour OLED display that’s nearly 40 per cent bigger than the outgoing Mi Band 3. The colour AMOLED display allows Xiaomi to bring custom watch faces to the Mi Smart Band 4 – the fitness band packs as many as 77 colourful dial themes.

The Mi Smart Band 4 has continuous heart rate monitor and sleep quality index features of the Mi Band 3 as well as a six-axis accelerometer for enhanced tracking including swimming stroke recognition - the Mi Smart Band 4 is 5ATM-certified. There’s also a built-in microphone now so users will be able to access voice commands. Xiaomi has launched the Mi Smart Band 4 in Europe at a price of Euros 35. This is for the standard edition of the Mi Smart Band 4 - the version with NFC isn't coming to global markets just yet.
