Silicon Valley season 6 release date: The sixth and final season of HBO's comedy series will air in October this year

In what could be bad news for 'Silicon Valley' fans, the final season of HBO's comedy series will air in October, the makers have announced. Sharing the news of finale season premiere, Silicon Valley's official Twitter account had this to say on its official Twitter account:

"Buckle up. #SiliconValleyHBO returns for the sixth and final season this October."

Last month, HBO had announced that 'Silicon Valley' will conclude after its sixth and final season and it will have seven episodes.

As fans would describe, 'Silicon Valley' takes a subtle yet vivid comedic look at the modern-day Technology and startup culture.

'Silicon Valley' season 5 featured Thomas Middleditch, Zach Woods, Kumail Nanjiani, Martin Starr, Josh Brener, Amanda Crew, Matt Ross, Suzanne Cryer and Jimmy O. Yang. 'Deadpool' star TJ Miller was also a part of the show but his association ended after the fourth season. It had premiered in March this year.

Created by Mike Judge, John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky, 'Silicon Valley' has been nominated for multiple Emmys throughout its run, including best comedy series. It had won two awards in 2015.
