My necklace that had my mothers ashes in it, was stolen from my gym locker room. I figure the women who stole it, must have needed my mother more than I did. I pray my mother brought her peace.

I feel your pain. About 5 years after my dad died, a charm he'd given me fell off my necklace while I was out and about - I'd worn it every day since he died. Devastating. Hope yours comes back to you.

Contact the airline you flew out on! Agents usually go above and beyond. My mom (an agent) has looked for similar things at her airport and even mailed them to the owner when she found them.

Update: turns out it hasn’t been found. I live in hope. Thanks everyone for RTing. And yes I contacted the airport first and yes I filled out the online form. I was and remain desperate.
