A Zomato user's refusal to accept food from a 'non-Hindu' rider has got social media buzzing! At the moment, Twitter is flooded with reactions to the incident from netizens and the keyword 'Zomato' is leading Twitter's trend charts in India. 

After a - very - disappointed Zomato user took to Twitter to voice his disbelief over how his food order is being delivered by a 'non-Hindu' rider, it quickly caught on the attention of social media users all over. 

The disgruntled Zomato user wrote on Twitter, "Just cancelled an order on @ZomatoIN they allocated a non hindu rider for my food they said they can't change rider and can't refund on cancellation I said you can't force me to take a delivery I don't want don't refund just cancel".

He expected a response from Zomato on the issue, and it was served. Zomato had a befitting reply that is winning hearts all across!

"Food doesn’t have a religion. It is a religion."

Not just that, the user even managed to get Zomato founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal's attention who took out just enough time to shut him down. Goyal reacted to the incident by saying "we aren’t sorry to lose any business that comes in the way of our values."
