A Singapore-bound cargo ship en route from Colombo to Nhava Sheva Port experienced a major explosion in the under-deck container area near Beypore coast in Kerala. The blast caused 50 containers to fall into the sea, with four still unaccounted for. Five crew members sustained serious injuries, and the exact cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
