Badlapur Encounter: Bombay HC Pulls Up Police, Says Encounter Could Have Been Avoided

The Bombay High Court while hearing the case of the encounter of the Badlapur assault accused by the police, pulled up the cops for having shot the accused in the head. The court pulled up cops for laxities in handling the matter and said that the encounter could have been avoided.
