Arvind Kejriwal Bail: SC Says CBI Arrest Was Illegal | All Details Inside

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been granted bail by the Supreme Court following his arrest by the Central Bureau of Investigation in June, in connection with the alleged liquor excise policy case. The Aam Aadmi Party leader can now leave jail - after nearly six months in prison without a trial - after having secured bail in a case filed by the Enforcement Directorate. The Supreme Court has ruled that the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by the CBI was illegal. This decision comes after Kejriwal challenged the legality of his detention, arguing that it was conducted without proper legal grounds. The Court's ruling emphasizes that the arrest violated procedural norms and lacked sufficient justification.
