Video Shows Mumbai Woman’s Escape After Scarf Gets Trapped in Bike Handle

Viral Video: A dangerous video occurred when a Mumbai woman’s scarf got caught in her vehicle’s handle, putting her life at risk.

Sunita Manohar, a traveller, shared a video reel on Instagram, which shows her riding a bike with her scarf covering her face and wearing a helmet. As the wind picked up, her scarf became entangled in the bike, pulling her down towards the vehicle.She quickly braked while the passenger got off, and with help from nearby locals, managed to free herself from the dangerous situation. She sustained only a minor neck injury.

In the caption, she wrote “I was riding peacefully on my bike when suddenly my dupatta got caught in the chain, causing a minor neck injury. I’m so grateful to the kind people who helped me right away. A word of caution: avoid wearing a dupatta while riding, whether you’re the rider or the pillion. Please stay safe… I was lucky this time.”

The video has gone viral on social media, crossing over 619,000 views and numerous comments.
